We signed up for Miracle Management Group's debt consolidation services with hope in mind. They seemed very eager to help us. We even checked them out on the Internet prior to signing up in August 2004 to ensure that we weren't being taken. We were wrong.

They now have over $5300 dollars of our money, in $300.00 per month increments. They have not settled ANY accounts, even though they state that multiple letters have been sent out.

We found through ripoff report that we were not the only ones having problems and proceeded to try and get our money back via the methods documented in our contract.

We have sent them e-mails (bounced as undeliverable); regular postal mail (address unknown); and certified letter (returned as refused by addressee).

We have now seen via our account online that they have set up shop in Texas. We are going to send all new documentation to this address, to see if someone will respond to us from there. We have also filed a complaint with the FTC, on the advice of others here at ripoff report.

Any help anyone can give us in this matter will be GREATLY appreciated. Make sure that you check out a company thoroughly and question everything.

Send the info to Oprah. She has a plan to get out of debt and working with many people. If she finds out a company is ripping people off maybe she will do something.

Just a suggestion.

Miracle Management Group-Refund update

#3Author of original report

Thu, March 30, 2006

We received an e-mail from Risk Management Partners today (3-29-06). They stated that they received our request to cancel our account and would begin processing it. They stated that we would be receiving a cancellation letter via postal mail. Here is the complete text of the e-mail reply (NOTE: We contacted RMP three ways-by e-mail, by regular postal mail, and by certified letter)

Your request to cancel from the program has been received and forwarded to
the Finance Department. Your account has been placed on hold to avoid any
future monthly drafting payments and to notify ALL departments of your
request to cancel. Our Finance Department will be mailing you a
cancellation letter at: ...please
sign, and return the letter to our office, and our Finance Department will
begin your refund process.

Thank You,

Customer Service
Risk Management Partners, LTD.

We will keep updating as this transpires. Be advised for anyone who tries to contact RMP via their e-mail account, that the e-mail address contained a SPACE at the beginning. So instead of "custserv@riskmp.com" it was " custserv@riskmp.com". The reply came from "CustServ@RiskMP.com" Be warned and be aware of the tricks being used to prevent them from being contacted.
