Complaint Review: Miracle Method - John & Kris Savage

My husband and I contracted Miracle Method to refinish our bathtub and sink.  They stated that there would be No Overspray, yet the room was filled when I walked in afterwards.  The odor was so potent that my husband almost ended up in the hospital from the terrible smell which lingered for days.  Many things in the bathroom were not covered properly which resulted in overspray on my mirrors and my hardwood floor.  Only after we told them of the overspray did they claim to have products to remove the overspray.  Hum - they assured us that there was No Overspray!  Interesting--Nothing short of refinishing the floor will restore it.  And after the lies and mess John left, I certainly was not going to let him back into my home with the "overspray removal" products.  Who knows what further damage may have been done. And when we complained about the runs and ridges that we were told that this is normal.  ANd when I asked why the area around the faucet was not smooth, John said it was the best he could do, given that we did not remove the fixtures.  I told him beforehand that we were willing to remove the faucet, but he ASSURRED us that he could work around it!  Clearly Not!!  Very sloppy and unprofessional!  Lied and deceived us!
