Paid a lot of money for my tub to be refinished and now it worse than ever.  Contacted company and they could care less.  Ignorant and rude demeanor. Beware of these sleazeballs!

Miracle Method has been in business for over 30 years and currently has over 125 franchise locations.  Overall our customer
satisfaction is very high.  Across the country, literally thousands of bathrooms and kitchens are refinished each week.  It is inevitable that, occasionally, there will be a problem or two.  We are disappointed whenever we hear of a customer who is not satisfied with a Miracle Method job.  As each franchise is independently owned and operated by a local individual, the franchise owner who did the work is responsible for any warranty or repair work.

Our franchise owners in Rhode Island (who have been in business for several decades) enjoy a great reputation for quality work and customer service, having refinished thousands of tubs for very satisfied customers.

In this case, our franchise owners were called back to the customers home three times.  Each time they found that the surface had not been properly or regularly cleaned.  A refinished tub does not require any special cleaning or care beyond that which is customary for any new or older tub or sink.  While we do offer a branded cleaning agent, there are many household tub and tile cleaners on the market that are very effective.

On each visit the technicians thoroughly cleaned the tub and advised the customer about the importance of regular cleaning.  Apparently there was an issue with the smell of appropriate household cleaners that was a deterrent to regular cleaning.  The customer has filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Miracle Method franchise owner was cleared of any wrong doing and continues to maintain an A+ rating.

This is one of those rare and unfortunate situations where the service provider has done everything possible to appease the customer, has been vindicated by the Better Business Bureau and there is nothing further that can be done.
