Mirage Pool ripoff 11 months pool not finish, nothing but lies and lame excuses. Sunrise Florida
It was November 22,2003, when they stated digging the hole for our very first pool. We chose November to begin the construction because those are the dry months, to ensure that the pool would be ready for the Summer. Well, Floridas' Winter came and went, so did Spring Break for our four children, still no pool. Later came Summer and Fall of 2004 and still, what we have, is a replica of an Afghanistan desert, bolders two feet wide all over the backyard, tall sawgrass and thorn bushes all over the backyard that have sprong out of no-where. A partially filled unfinished pool with mosquito-infested, green water.
We have called almost three times per week for the past 11 months, we have made attemps to speak with all the representatives such as Eric, who is "always in the office" Ray, who is charge of the constructions and David, who claims to be the owner of the company with very poor results at times, because they would not answer our calls.
Since all attempts to reasonably resolve this issue, we have come to the conclusion that legal action is the only way to go.
On October 23rd, we received a letter from the Miami-Dade County Zoning and Permits Department, advising us that our permits will expire in 30 days.
PLEASE BEWARE OF MIRAGE POOLS, We should have known that with a name like that, our pool would never be more than an illusion in the distance when you are walking in the desert
