TOBC had all of the key managers and developers sign non-compete and non-circumvent agreements and the officers are obligated to their fiduciary duties as stated in Nevada state law. THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING. CONTRACTS WITH THEIR SIGNATURES ARE ON FILE. THEY STIFFED CUSTOMERS AND SHARE HOLDERS ALIKE.
