Complaint Review: Mirror Essentials

Mirror Essentials FavWorld They refused my refund with 5 minutes of purchase. They continue to ignore my emails, messages, and calls.

 I purchased the UltimateABS Stimulator and the confirmation page had a button that said "click here toget your free arm pads stimulators." Once I clicked that, it automatically added the arm pads and reprocessed my order. This was very misleading. The following is a list of events that I took to request the refund for the arm pads stimulators:  

1. Within minutes of being charged the arm pads, I requested a refund from employee Eury who ASSURED me I would receive an updated email. Eury: "I will be forwarding your details now so our CS team can review the order andprocess your request to cancel the Arm Pads stimulator. Rest assured that our customer service team will give you an update via email within 24 hours."  

2. Apparently, I then received a message two days later from employee Paolyn after the order was already processed, however I could still refund the item. Paolyn: "We can assure you that if you're still dissatisfied with the item, you can communicatewith us on how we can replace or refund your order." (I do not have records on my personal email of this, only on their thread)  

3. I did not intend on purchasing this item so I emailed to ask to cancel for the second time: Me: "I recently purchased the Ultimate Abs Stimulator and by accident added the 2x ArmPads Stimulator before placing the order. I immediately asked for a refund, towhich Eury from customer service helped forward my request. It has been ninedays and I haven't received any update. Please advise on the status of my refund."   

4. I then got a response from employee Jeunesse, who still did not cancel my order but asked AGAIN if I would like 10% and then 20% off. She also explained they will be glad to help cancel the order. Jeunesse: "If you really want to cancel your order you can get back to us and we'll be glad toassist you. We have the easiest return and exchange policy."  

5. I replied immediately to cancel my order for the 3RD TIME to which another employee Jessica replied the following day that they can no longer process the refund. Jessica: "Since the order has been delivered, we will no longer be able to process the refund."  

6. I called to try to verbally request the refund. Both of my first calls were dropped and all lines were busy so I left a message on the third call with my name and phone number.  

7. Employee Clariza then emailed asking if I wanted a 20% discount: Clariza: "We also would like to inform you that we are giving you a great 20% discount to be applied on your current and discount will be processed as a refund."  

8. Finally, I got another email from employee Marjorie, who ignore my concerns and copied and pasted the last response. Marjorie: "It is with great understanding that you have sent your queries to cancel your order, and as much as we want to apply your preferences, we are unable to do so."

  As you can see, I’m very disappointed in this process. I don't understand why it has taken so long (almost a month so far) and at what point, their refund policy was dismissed. I did not want the arm pads within minutes of purchasing the order and made that very clear despite the multiple discount offers.   Please help me refund this item. I have been nothing but patient and kind throughout this process and unfortunately don't have the luxury to spend on superfluous items. I have no problem taking this as far as it needs to go. I have all of the paperwork and correspondence.  Thank you!
