Mirror Essentials SCAM - took a month of fighting to get a refund, I never received a tracking number let alone an actual order

I ordered 2 pairs of their thermo workout pants after seeing them advertised on Facebook. I didn't order right away, once I looked once they stared FB messaging me new offers. Well sly me I fell for an offer that seemed too good to be true. Placed the order on March 3. I received and order number right away, so I could "track" my order.

I waited about a week and still couldn't track the order. At that point I contacted customer service and was told not to worry, it was a glitch and would be corrected within 24 hours. This started a month worth of getting different stories and lies about my tracking number. One rep went as far as to claim my order had shipped from a Canadian warehouse near me, via UPS. Then couldn't tell me what province the warehouse was in! Total lie, there is not warehouse in Canada. So almost a month later I still didn't have a tracking number.

I submitted a dispute through PayPal and waited over a week and they didn't respond. So I escalated to an actual claim. They have thankfully now refunded my money. They also sent an email telling me they no longer want to go through with me order (which they claim was shipped weeks ago?!) Avoid this company! It is a total SCAM. If you do want to try I recommend paying with PayPal. Thankfully that made it easier for me to get my money back. Based on what I've now seen online, I'm one of the lucky few to actually get a refund.
