Complaint Review: Misael Rojas Lawn & Garden SVC Landscaping

Misael Rojas form Lawn & Garden SRV is a thief and a scam artist and should not be trusted or hired.

ON Saturday May 31 2014, came to our home to give us a quote on installing a wood fence and two aluminum fences. The quote totaled $7440.00 which we thought was reasonable so we gave him a deposit of $3720.00. He advised us it would take 15 to 20 days to begin the installation due to pulling permit, after signing the documentation needed so he can pull the permits we waited for his call to let us know when he would start. Mr. Rojas finally showed up at our home on July 7 and removed our chain link fence and said he would be back to start the install the following day, at this point our home and neighbors home is unsecured and open to the Street. Well to make a long story short Mr. Rojas never showed back up and after many texts and phone calls and finding out that Mr. Rojas never even applied for our permit because he is not licenses in broward county we realized he was a scam artist at the time we ask him to return our money which he never did. We had no other choice but to spend more money in hiring a lawyer to send Mr. Rojas a demand letter, Mr. Rojas agreed to pay our money back but requested if he could do it in 2 payment within 2 weeks, we reluctantly agreed just so we could put this behind us. TILL THIS DAY WE HAVE NOT SEEN A DIME.

Since we were not lucky enough to have someone alert us of this scam artist please Be very careful do not believe what he tells you, his address is a PO Box , His so called business license address is an empty apartment in Hollywood Florida.

If anyone has any information of where Mr. Rojas might be located please let us know, we want to get our money back we had to borrow the money to put back up our fence.
