Complaint Review: Misael Rojas Lawn & Garden SVC

DO NOT HIRE!!!

Exactly what you should be worried about.  I even received a letter from his subcontractor (for a dumpster) that Lawn & Garden never paid and has resulted in a possible lien on my property, EVEN AFTER I PAID Lawn & Garden. 

Terrible at communication, never shows up on time. Hired on April 1st 2014 and a 5 day job was not even 50% completed as of June 13th. He owes me over $2,000 and has refused to return the money even after negotiated terms to refund the money.  A complete liar and only out to scam the next homeowner.  

He is refusing to return my money and that is stealing and makes him a criminal.
