Complaint Review: Misael Rojas / Lawn & Garden SVC

STAY AWAY!!

This man gave me proposals for work to my landscaping as well as weekly maiantence from his "Lawn Company" I gave him two credit card numbers to put a depsoit on work that was to be started and ONLY used for the one time deposit. Well this guy charged my deposit made up all kinds of excuses when I couldnt reach him then when we fianlly got in touch with him he advised my husband and I to buy some stepping stone for our drive way which we alost did until the lady at the store said to us "listen this guy doesnt know what hes talking about hes telling you to buy the wrong thing". At that point red flags started going off. Then we need to replace our fence and he overheard and wanted the job for only 900 which is very cheas as a fence is 4,500.

Another red flag. Mr Rojas was supposed to start cleaning up my yard which he dropped a man to my empty property that is currently under construction and disappear. The man had sores all over his body and missing teeth (no disrespect but he looked as if he was high on drugs) Then he had to go buy a wheel barrow. If you are a lawn service how do you have no tools? At this point we wanted nothing to do with Mr Rojas because he was given deposits and never started work. To make matters worse he then started charging my cards for items I was not aware of nor did I give permission.

Once he returned to my property The "drugged up helper" went to the truck said something to him and they both drove off. I called the police and my credit card companies. Do not be fooled by this man. I should have googled his name befpre giving out my card information. Once you google you will see he has been ripping off people for some time now. He claims those are angry clients but take it from me all the reports are true because I went through all of this first hand. STAY AWAY. Hes even been arrested several times for thief, assult and a whole lot of other charges. I am in the process of having his parole officer notified of what Mr Rojas is out doing.
