Complaint Review: MISDU OR FRIEND OF THE COURT CALHOUN COUNTY

I am wanting to let people know that this Friend of the Court system is not for the kids, it is for the state, they would not allow me to drop my account from the FOC, and there excuse was they needed us as a customer, i hired a lawyer and that didnt do any good either, they just fought it and said that I am holding a gun to the other parties head stating that he doesnt want to do this out of court.

I am not sure why they do this to people but they do., they have stolen my life and made it miserable. I even tried to lower my support and since i have a good job they slammed me for lots of support, why? that isnt fair for me, I need to live too. I finally got it lowered but now they are keeping the money and not giving it to the other party. not in the last month or so he has not received any monies from my check, they are keeping for themselves.

HOw is this fair. They need to be sued and written off for this. I just want my money back and not to deal with them at all. they are lots of crap. they say it is for the kids, I will tel you that it is not, they do this for themselves. Please take care of this for me. They are very fraudulent. also they dont send the copy to the employer on time. so i still am paying double the money of what we are suppost to be.
