He had item on e-bay listed as 12 inches tall an made in occupied japan. I bid an won this item when receved it was only 5 inches tall and had paper lable with japan on it. I have seen these at the dollar store.

Telling this guy to report him to Ebay will do absolutely nothing. Ebay has pages full of their rules and policy. The problem is they wont do a d**n thing. I had a seller refuse to send me the items I paid for because he said I wanted him to jump through hoops, I paid for express shipping and I guess he didn't feel like going to the P.O. anyway refusing to send an item after it's been paid for is against Ebay policy. Also the seller used a picture from another sellers auction to sell his product, also against Ebay policy. Was anything done to the seller? Hell no, because he is a power seller and I'm not. So reporting people to Ebay is a total waste of time. Paypal acknowledge everything and made him refund my money, and Ebay owns Paypal, go figure.

As clicking through the reports, I saw that this guy "updated" His report to include your private information, meaning HE has violated Ebay's policy.
You can report him to Ebay for that violation and guess what, its an automatic suspension. Please report this "looser" to Ebay so us other ebayers do not have to deal with bad buyers such as he.

This ebay buyer is very mistaken as I had several occupied Japan items listed. Two of the items were very similiar accept that one was 12" and the other 6" (not 5" or 4" ) like he keeps changing in all his stories. I believe he bid on the wrong item and now he is just very dissatisfied and a miserable human being. He has been a pest and a menas since the start and he needs to learn how to read the ebay listings more clearly as well as learn how to spell. Thanks alot.
