Mission Carpet and Furniture Cleaning advertises "Satisfaction Guaranteed" in their ad in the Yellow Pages. I called them to come to my house to remove an odor from my couch. When the rep (Peter @ 602-718-2450) arrived at my house on 12.12.08, I explained to him my couch had this odor and asked if could he get it out? He said he could smell it and said he could get it out, no problem. He cleaned the couch, soaking the carpet in front of the couch, and put the cushions back together while thoroughly wet. I pulled the cushions apart so they could dry properly. Once dry, the couch smelled just as bad as before. I called Peter and told him and he said he's bbring some cleanser for me to self treat it for the next week. After a week of that and no improvement, I called Peter again. He said he couldn't talk but would call me right back. He never called so I called him back the next day. He said he would come by that evening to do something dramatic to remedy the situation. He never showed. The next day, I called Mission and I was told I would have to take it up with Peter, that Mission was not responsible for what it's sub-contractors do. Also, Peter will not answer or return my calls at this point.
