Agreed and signed for a one year contract since February 2004 and paid half (thousands) of the proposed web services. As of June 9, 2004, no services have been fulfilled. Numerous phone calls and emails have been sent and to no avail.

-Quarterly Customized Client Search Engine Reporting
-Position Monitor & Traffic Analysis
-Guaranteed Top 15 in the Top Search Engine results within 30 days.
-Project Time Frame of 2-3 weeks. (It's been almost 4 months with no plan, status or results.)
