I am very unpleased with Mission Pointe Apartments. They had the contruction workers to do a little renovation about two or three weeks before the hurricane. I feel that if they were not fixing the buildings at that point and time, the damages that our apartments sustained would not have been that bad. But of course their time was off. So after the hurricane my apartment was flooded. Water leaked from the ceiling and all on the floors.

At the time of the Hurricane they were replacing the windows. That cause the apartments to have more damage than what it started out with. So I have reported ever thing that is wrong with my apartment, and nothing is getting done. I am not asking for it to happen over night. But what I am asking for is a time frame on when the repairs are going to be done. And thoughout this time there were not one time that the management said that we would get a discount off of our rent. I really don't understand how could an apartment complex look over their tenants who have been with them since 1997 and not satisify their current tenants needs.

They would rather fix another apartment and re-rent it. I am very dissatisfied with the management at Mission Pointe Apartments, because their not getting the job done in an professional and timely manner.
