Complaint Review: Mississippi River trading post

Mississippi River trading post Using the ATM at said store the machine froze just after it said dispensing money, didn't receive any money, store worker opened machine and cleared it, funds and fees were taken from my acct on 01/22/17at around 4:45pm Portage Des sioux Missouri

 On 01/22/17at about 4:45pm,i used the ATM at the Mississippi River trading post (blue store), put in all info, pushed enter, machine said dispensing funds and no money came out, 2clerks standing 5 feet away seen it, one clerk, (Ashley) came over and opened the machine reset it closed it and the machine then said "out of order"no funds dispensed!but funds and ATM charge of a total of 42.50$were with drown from my acct, was told by ATM Co. To call my card Co., card customer care said it would be refunded to my card by02/02/17 and wasn't, so here we are fileing a report.
