I had my brand new 2018 Toyota Camry XSE washed here and during the process the cleaners scratched and damaged multiple interior surfaces. The general manager Kevin handled the manner very unprofessionally, and had the audacity to blame the dealership I purchased the vehicle from! He actually said that it was possible for them to have scratched the surfaces (during initial wash), and it went unnoticed until after I got the car washed here. I certainly would not have pulled off the lot if there were scratches anywhere on the vehicle which was thoroughly inspected.

It will cost me nearly $400 to have these parts replaced and he didn’t even have enough respect to apologize to me. Instead, he gave me a “demonstration” on how they clean over 600 cars daily and assured me that it is impossible for scratches to have been the result of their doing. When asked if I could cancel my membership and have a full refund he responded with “No, I have to stand my ground”. I contacted their corporate offices on July 18th to file a complaint, and havent heard back from them since. I have called numberous times, leaving voice messages, and no one will answer my calls.
