Tried the Mitchell 1 subscription under their trial period in September 2013.  Very unsatisfied with the product and service provided.  Cancelled within the 30 day period.  Contacted by the salesman who apologized the for issues and suggested we try it again several months later.  No indication or communication was made by the salesman that there was any trial period and that we were re-entering any subscription, nor did I sign anything at that time. Automatic payment has been withdrawn from my checking account in the amount of $262.30.   Talked with customer service and wrote a letter to the contract review committee with no success.  Talked with Snap-on who owns 75% of Mitchell and again no success on cancellation of contract.  Unethical way to run a business.  Snap-on supposedly prides themselves on honesty and integrity.
