Mitchell 1 Pro Demand Snap-on Mitchell 1 Pro Demand Poorly written software very poor support!

We are an established service center in business over 35 years.  We were solicited by Mitchell 1 Pro Demand

several times and were "lured" into a 30 day free trial (with credit card downpayment). The software product is an online product, we struggled much using product in the first 30 days while calling in for help whenever we could to find information. I expressed my frustration many times during that period but was told just keep using it as a "first source" and you will get a handle on it. I called very shortly after the 30 day period and was told my back out time expired and am locked in for a year.  Now I use it as a first source and am constantly reminded that the program is difficult to find information and always takes longer than the other software we use.

I call to complaint and am told its too bad I am locked into contract, also told I never recieved the training I should have had!

I want out!   Sorry impossible!  Badly written programs, difficult to navigate and when you call for help they try and make you feel like it all your fault.

No you cant talk to a supervisor and thats too bad!  Big mistake!
