Mitchell N. Kay & Fingerhut ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing new york New York
I had an account with Fingerhut in 1994 which I closed in 1996. Paid off the balance and never heard from them again. Until last week 11/25/2002 claiming I oue them 42.89 for pots and pans. Fingerhut is using the Law offices of Mitchell N. Kay. The same offices used in other fraudilent claims by fingerhut.
I called them and asked why I didn't hear directly from fingerhut in the last seven years if I oued them money, no response. I asked for proof no response. I told them I would love to see them in court, their response was we will report this to the credit company. I think its a rip-off and other people should know about it.

It is to my understanding, that the Statute of Limitations is expired in the state of Massachusetts. The SOL for the stae is 6 years, They can take no legal actions against you and win.
