Mitchell kay has attempted to harass me and call me via telephone after I have notifed his offices in Smithtown and NY city...both in the state of NY. This debt is being settled with the creditor AMEX. I am not confient AMEX has even retained his offices. He is in violation ot Fair DEbt Collection Act.
