Mitchell N. Kay, PC Law Offices Harrassment calls for person unknown to us New York New York
My wife has been receiving harsassing phone calls from this firm looking for a person we never heard of trying to collect on a debt. Each time I would call and tell them they had the wrong number. Promises not to call again were not kept. Finally I told them to quit calling or I would turn them in to the FCC, FTC, the National Do Not Call registry and my state's attorney general on a harrassment complaint. On the last call I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. They hung up on me twice. When I called the 3rd time they refused to answer the phone. I did a Google search on the phone number 877-406-4895. Jeez! These guys have complaints out the wazoo!
