I took my Mitsubish Eclipse for a 60,000 mile service in January. After doing preventive care on my car it has now been one problem after the other. My car has broken down twice and it is costing me a fortune. They have also quoted me days it will be finished and of course the vehicle is never finished when they stated and they act like they are doing me a favor by telling me it usually wouldn't be finished until the following Thursday. I have a hard time stomaching a specialty dealer does not know its own vehicle or has access to parts. It has been very shady dealing with this company.
