I bought a mitsubishi galant GTZ on 2002 came to find out a year and half later that they add to my loan a balloon payment of $8,823.00. i was so digustes by the scam that I turn the vehicle back in to the dealership, asa voluntary reposesion and now 4 ans a half years later im trying to buy my first home and i cant because the damage my credit saying I owe them 16,483 dollars and because of that i cant get my loan to buy a house I want justice to be done against this company that they are getting away by scamming people.

I also have one of the balloon accts and am being called everyday by center one financial they say I owe $6000 and if I don't pay by January they will be taking the vehicle after I have paid on this for 5yrs for nothing. Can we get a class acition suit going on behalf of all of us against this company, it is my understaing from dealership that Mitsubishi is no longer offering these balloon loans. I had no idea of what I was getting into and now am at wits end about what to do. Any lawyers out there that want to represent all of us in a class action?
