HI about a year ago I bought a car from Easley Mitsubishi. It was a 2002 Mitsubishi eclipse which I could almost fit my daughter into. I had another child and I need a new car my kids can't both fit in there. I've gone to three places and turns out my car has been totaled in 2004. They knew about this because this car belonged to the owner's daughter before I bought it. I own 11,000 on it and no one will do business with me because I have too much negitive equity. So Im screwed and lefted with a car I can't drive but still paying on. My husband gets to drive it back and forth to work and really wants his 07 Jetta back and I would like a mini van NEVER do business with these two faced salesmen at Easley Mitsubishi you will be selling your sole to the devil if you do.

My father got that car for me, true. We knew it had been wrecked previously. The customer was told that it had been, because we fixed it and had out painters do a custom paint job.

If the car had been totaled, it would have a salvage title. You need to check to see what kind of title is on the car. It is illegal to sell a car with a salvage title without letting the buyer know about it first.
