Complaint Review: MJT

When I went to purchased my vehicle on 10/2002. I had to get insurance before I left the premises. MJT Insurance was there. I asked him to give me monthly payments he said not a problem. April 15th 2003 my insurance cancelled, and I was still making payment.

I informed my broker he stated he would take care of it. he never did so then i received a letter from the DMV saying registration was cancelling on 06/27/03 and I then called Mr. Tramontano back to let him kno whe cursed me out. He told me he corrected the problem and he didnt.

I will take a lie detector test if i have to I did as he said do I made payments and he told me to according to what he drew up you can get file and see for yourself.

I had to miss work for this it was not fair how he had me stressed out at work I couldnt function properly. I want a full refund since he lied to me since day one. When I got to the office there were other people going through the same thing.

There were people there who had suspended license, had accidents and had no insurance, and they were arguing with the broker about the licenses and the broker and lot more reasons.

I just want him to be stop before he screw up more innocents lives and rip them off before it's to late. Even the receptionist there I told her that I was gonna call the better better business bureau and she said quote unquote before you let me know so I want be here. That statement alone was enough and itself, to make me think well what is going on if they all think like that as well they are looking for another job.

They only do what they are told by Mr. Tramonatano and he treats and talks to them very disrecpfully. all I want is for a full refund becaus eit was all a lie from the beginning.

I just want your help. ASAP thanks alot.
