ML CABINETS & STONES My Linh Kitchen and Construction fraudulently kept $2000 deposit without providing any products or services. San Jose California

They appeared honest and trustworthy in the beginning but they collected a $2000 deposit and refused to refund it when my circumstances changed and I did not need a kitchen. We did not have a sales contract.

They say that they are not the owners but it appears that the lady that designs the kitchen is listed as the owner on corporate documents, her name is Linh Nguyen and her husband, Michael Nguyen does the sales. The legal business name is My Linh Kitchen and Construction.

After Mrs. Nguyen was served with the lawsuit, her husband contacted me via text. Below is a screenshot of what he thinks of our justice system. Santa Clara Small claims court. Case number: 19SC078859 Hearing date: 07/23/2019 Courthouse: 191 N 1st St, San Jose, 95113

The rebuttal from the vendor does not make any sense. ML CABINETS AND STONES does not have any sale contract to support their invented claims.

So far, ML CABINETS AND STONES is a defendant in small claims court. We also reached out to District Attorneys office to report their conduct.

Case number: 19SC078859 Hearing date: 07/23/2019 Courthouse: 191 N 1st St, San Jose, 95113

If you want to be ripped off and decevied, order from ML CABINETS AND STONES, Micheal Nguyen. I am not ashamed to call him a crook. Afterall, the best defence against defamation is the truth!

I attached some more screenshots of communication with defendant Nguyen.

Customer agreed to buy a set of kitchen cabinets for the price of $12,000.00 and made a deposit for $2,000.00. we have the deposit agreement which customer signed agreeing that the deposit is nonrefundable. Customer went on to buy the cabinets elsewhere and demended to have the deposit fully refunded after four months.

We were respectful in all manners but we had to deny the request. Customer threatened our family members and tried to confirm our home address. Customer is still harassing us with the help of friends and family members. Customer is using social media to pressure us even when we agreed to make the refund.

We are now consulting with the attorney and will contact the authority.
