From reading other Ripoff Reports it seems I'm not the only one MK Supplements has tried to rip off! They've made two attempts, on 12/08/08 and again on 04/20/09, to charge me $89.95 for merchandise I didn't order. I filed disputes with AMEX, which were decided in my favor.

Despite my contacting MK through their email and assuring them I didn't order anything from them, packages arrived at my house about a month later, with curiously unpostmarked stamps. They were quickly taken to the post office, unopened, and returned to sender.

After MK's second attempt, I closed the account and requested a new card which AMEX, to their credit, delivered in short order. How MK got ahold of so many account numbers is reason for concern and I'm hoping my entry here will help bring attention to this issue.

As it turns out, I'm having to refile a dispute for the $89.95 charged to my AMEX card on 04/20/09 because they say MK Supplements had filed the correct paperwork showing I had indeed ordered from them. How they accomplished this is beyond me.

I'm standing firm with AMEX on this because MK can't be allowed to run this scam. I intend to fax as many RipOff Reports as I can find about MK to AMEX so, even if they can't fix my problem, they can, at least, start thinking about how they're going to solve this breach of security and better safeguard their customers accounts.

AMEX has a great card service and I value my relationship with them. I'm hoping rip-off and scam artists like MK Supplements don't stain their reputation.
