Complaint Review: MKS*SIMPLE ESCAPES2

Got my credit card statement with a charge for 134.95. Called the # from statement. Ask what this charge is for. They responded it is for travel discount and car rentals.
I told them I did not order anything and wanted this taken off.

The person put her supervisor on. They could not find my account in return wanted my credit card # I said no. They in return said will cant help you without my credit card#.And basically hung up on me. I want my money back. No one has a right to do this to anyone!!!!!!
