Complaint Review: MKS*SIMPLE ESCAPES2

I was checking my Alaska Visa Bill and found a billing for $134.95 on March 19.

My husband and I had no idea who or what this was foR. I called the phone number that was listed with the billing,(888-404-5629) She talked fast and confusing about probably I had clicked a box indicating I wanted their service. she said it was done through AOL.

I cannot believe that AOL would give out our credit card number. She double talked me and tried to say they could save me money and then when I insisted they credit my account she tried to give me a cheaper rate with $100.00 off !!

I said NO. She then said they would take it off of my account.I now wonder if they will do that.
