Complaint Review: MKS Simple Escapes2

This company billed $134.95 to our credit card without our knowledge or permission. This charge put us over the limit and created an overlimit fee.

When I tried to call the number listed on the bill, I got their automated service and then I was on hold for 10 minutes and then I was disconnected and got the operator recording, "if you would like to make a call, please hang up and try again."

I was appauled to see the number of complaints on the internet re: this company.
