MLB properties works in a hurry to get their rentals rented... No disregard for the cleaning and fixing of the properties at all... They are such in a rush to rent that they fail to give you all the information you need before moving in. Doorbell doesn't work, garage door openers don't work and random appliances in the garage which were supposed to be removed and still haven't been.  The freezer had mold because the genius realtor left it unplugged and closed instead of opened and then says they will not clean it.. So I had to. I've never in my entire life moved into a property without it being sparkling clean. This was a first.   They failed to tell me about all the different appliances and accounts I would need to open in order for the appliances to work. I.e. gas water heater... U asked if it got really hot upstairs during the day because at my previous rental the ac wasn't good enough to cool the whole house and that's a big factor for us with small kids... Was told no problem with the cooling... Well guess what it's hot as hell everyday upstairs!  Also fridge wasn't working for the whole distant weekend wHen we moved in... Oven didn't work.... listen just because something turns on doesn't mean it actually works!  Overall, our rental experience has been horrible... I'm positive this ac unit hasn't been serviced in about 10 yrs!  I will never rent from this realtor again and I've warned my friends and family as well... They are quick to call you up for money but not quick to respond to your requests..
