I applied for refinancing a home-loan with MLD Mortgage Inc. back on 8/28/11.  It is now 1/29/12 and it still has not funded. This despite: I have excellent credit- Provided all documentation as requested in timely manner.  No problems with my documents, my qualifications never questioned.  I was formally approved for the refi in early December '11.  Other complaints: mislead about how long this process could take.  Never informed of the steps needed to get the loan refinanced. Not kept informed of progress against these steps. No single point of contact, my file handed off to multiple staff members who lacked the history on my file, had to re-submit documentation that was lost as result.  Continuous excuses why this was delayed (never a problem on my end).  Promises to expedite never fulfilled
