This is what happened to me after sending a confirmation for the course and allow them to charge my VISA:

- No tickey or any prove of the payment was mailed back to me
- No contract

Then I decided to mail the company asking for the ticket and for a copy of the contract. They just send me back some instructiosn to start the course.  As that was not clear for me I decided to look for this company in some foros and I read nothing good about them. In less than 48 hours I mailed the company and informed them I that I was not going to take the course. They told me that the policy was no refunding and I told them that I have a coolling period under the Distance Sellin Regulation, but they do not want refund me.

Therfore, the director of the compnay Randal Nelson, told me to send back the documents they had sended me previusly in order to study my case, after this he send me another mail telling me again about the no refund policy. I still waitng for my ticket and for a copy of the contract and they have not sent me anything yet.
