Complaint Review: MLM Mastermind Robert Blackman

Robert Blackman has been Sweeping Me Under The Rug And has never sent me my $273.95 refund, which he promised, for products he never delivered since my original purchase order of June 13, 2006. I have included the History Thread below. I am posting this because I would like to issue a scam alert for those who are considering doing business with Robert Blackman or MLM Mastermind and save consumers from getting scammed.

If I do not receive the said Refund Check in my possession by August 18, 2006. I will proceed with legal action since I have compiled a complete voice and written documentation of this event thread. Please communicate with me in writing. My product orders originated in June 13, 2006. It is now August 11, 2006. I would like to state on record that I have provided ample notice.

Per my 6/29/06 20:22:32 -0700 (PDT) e-mail to you, I acknowledged receipt of the June 14, 2006 (110) leads in wiritng. I have since downloaded, printed, and called those customers. As I mentioned in the same e-mail, this was the ONLY order I received. I ordered a total of 4 items (during three different time periods beginning 6/13/06), ONLY the 110 Leads were delivered . You just sent me an additional 110 leads today per your e-mail below. Thank you.
I will anticipate the $273.95 Refund from you which you have indicated in your 7/27/06 3:39 P.M. PDT (Archived) Voicemail to me today.

Perhaps you can understand my extreme frustration because the oldest issue has received NO remedy from you for more than 30 Days! I was forced to buy my
leads from Oppseekers who delivered in three days as they promised.
I would like to request an immediate refund of $273.95 for the three items mentioned above and to request that you cease and desist from taking out any more moneys from my card henceforth.
If I do not hear from you by August 3, 2006. I shall escalate this complaint to the higher authorities. I have all my document in place. Please take this request seriously.

For your convenience, I have included a brief summary of my payments below. I have sent you numerous e-mails. The only response I received from you was on
July 5, 2006, but nothing happened after that.

$47/Month (100 Leads) Autoship
I have already received the 110 Leads for June(Thanks for the surprise extra 10 leads!)
But I have not received the $197 MLM Mastery Course.
I would like to go into your 500 Leads/Month ($197/Month) Autoship by:
cancelling the $47/Month and switching my $197 Course Order towards my first month (July, 2006) of 500 Leads
I would like to then continue with the $197/500 Leads/Month.
Please advise the best way to accomplish this?
I am also buying your $19.95 "Downline-Building CD" + 50 Leads in 2 minutes.
