Apparently this is the first report on so-called MLM Program by Mr. Gil Fallon.

Mr. Gil Fallon tells you to read his 8 pg letter twice. Don't throw this away, it's not a chain letter. He explains the MLM Program as a numbers game that work in a geometric format. "We art Multi-Level Mail Order Marketing Business have a method of raising capital that really works 100% of the time. I am sure you could use $50,000 to $125,000 in the next 20-90 days. Before you say BULL please study this program carefully."

"THIS IS NOT A CHAIN LETTER" (If this is not a chain letter then what is?) You see, the money you send is going to four addresses, supposedly with the name of the person who mailed you this non-chain letter at the top of the list. You are going to send $5 to each addressee.

You are paying for premium mailing lists to sell product to. What product is it. There isn't any. Unless of course, you consider the same 8 pg letter to hundreds of people a product. As you keep buying and mailing the lists building your return of people who are going to send you $5 for lists, eventually, you are going to make all this money.

But you have to invest in the process of sending out these lists to all these people who will also have to send their five dollars to the top four people on each list. You will put your name on the top of each list of four of your own mailers.

What I know about the four addressees on this first packet: Addressee numero uno: There is no Betty Miller at 319 Lake Placid Dr, Seguin TX 78155. There are many Betty Millers in many other towns in TX though, near Seguin.

More interesting, addressee number two: Mr. Gil Fallon, has a list of public record reports that include the following: Criminal Check, Bankruptcies & Liens, Sex Offender Check, Small Claims & Judgements, Property Details, Home Value. His alias is Spulik Fallon who has the same list of reports in public records.

The third addressee you need to send $5 to is: Jennifer Spulik. There is no Jennifer Spulik in Tallon, Connecticut, but your money will get to her/his P.O. Box anyway, no doubt. The fourth addressee to send you "cash only," btw, is: Patricia Palmieri at 414 Barbee St, Bridgewater VA. She seems to be a real person, formerly lived in Phoenix, AZ and Roanoke, VA. You can also find Public records on her related to Criminal Check, Sex Offender Check, Bankruptcies, Small Claims & Judgements, Property Details, Home Value reports.

Also, the list of testimonials are written by people who don't exist, at least not in the towns they are claiming they're in.

The letter is a lot of gibberish they seem to have copied from textbook MLM programs. The bottom line is they want you to buy four lists at $5 cash a pop, and mail out their same packet to everybody on the list so they too will send these rats their $20 investment funds and on and on.

The shadiness of these characters warrants great caution. And contrary to their clear instructions, go ahead and trash the letter and don't send them your money.
