Well to the crooked folks, Phil, Amber Spencer, Steve Khan, Arpad Butkiss, Scott Hamilton and MLS Realty if you are still there at MLS this is for you and all of the other crooks in your company. The only way you would not be there is if someone has implanted an conscience in your head or anywhere else in your body.

To Elizabeth, Wendy, Chris, Robert, Glenda, Nina, Ericka, Lauren, Cleo, Carrie, Sedro, Artie, Charles, Barbara, Kevin, Louise, Iain, Charlotte, and Marie. We all have the same thing in common: We all have been shafted by MLS Realty, Buyowner or Both.

My wife and I were shafted by both in the tune of $9,639. It has been over 1 year now since this has happened and my wife and I have not gotten over this nor will we ever get over this unless our hard earned money is returned. I have always been a stand up guy and paid for everything that was done for me and I have never taken/receiving anything from anyone else unless I have earned it.

For someone to come to your home and hide behind a mask of deception (Title MLS) and act in according to what you would believe would be a normal realtor seller relationship, following what would be standard practices withing the Realtors Association. MLS Realty sent Arpad to our home with a contract which we went through with him line by line and we all signed. When we handed this contract back to Arpad he wrote something on it and tore it up saying he made a mistake.

What he did was produce another contract that we believed to be the same as the first. So intrusting that this would be the same as the first we signed the 2nd contract.

In the first 2months we had 3 potential buyers for the property and could Arpad or anyone from MLS and Buyowner to respond and write a contract we went to another realtor. When the search was done to see if any liens were on the property we found that MLS put a lien on our property and the contract was for 1 year.

Now the Realtors association has a standard practice where there is a opt out clause for both sides in any contract where either can cancel a contract at anytime.

We sold our home and had to pay MLS $4640 at closing and all they did was come to our home, lied, tricked and deceived us out of our money. Money that we need to put our kids through college, Money that we worked hard for and earned. MLS and Buyowner did nothing for us. For the $9639 ($4999 from BuyOwner) all we got were some pictures 2 contracts and a big butt-f'n. No support, no assistance, no genuine concern, no respect.

It seems to me that if we as a group band together we could start a class action law-suit which I am sure that once published thousands of others who are just to embarrased to say this could happen to them will join this crussade and shut this ripp-off group down. I am sure that MLS/Buyowner may want to pay us back instead of facing millions of $$$ in legal fees and lo0sing this case. In the end loosers always loose.

All we want is our money back.
