BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, WE BOUGHT A SHIRT FROM THEM THEY SENT IT OUT IT WAS TO SMALL WE ORDERED ANOTHER ONE LARGER AND SENT THE OTHER ONE BACK, THEY SAID THEY WOULD CREDIT OUR CREDIT CARD BACK, WELL AFTER A WEEK OF HAVING PROOF THAT THEY RECEIVED THE SHIRT BACK STILL NO CREDIT TO OUR CARD. WE CONTACTED "JOHN " WHO SAID THE SHIRT WAS WORN. WHEN INFACT IT WASN'T ASK YOURSELF WHY WOULD YOU FIRST OFF SPEN OVER $150.00 WITH SOMEONE GET A SHIRT THAT WAS TO SMALL SO I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU WOULD WEAR IT ? (WHICH SHOWS "JOHNS" INTELLIGENCE THE NEW YORK DUMMY ). ORDER A LARGER ONE TO REPLACE THE ONE THAT WAS TO SMALL ? WE GOT A CALL FROM JOHN WHO SAID HE COULDN'T TAKE THE SHIRT BACK (WHICH HAD THE TAGS STILL ON IT ) BECAUSE IT WAS WORN. REFUSING TO CREDIT OUR CARD BACK. WHEN TRYING TO SPEAK TO JOHN HIS IGNORANCE REALLY CAME OUT, WITH PROFANITY ETC. BY THE WAY WE HAVE PHOTOS OF THE SHIRT IN THE PACKAGE THAT WAS SENT BACK TO THEM WHICH WE WILL BE UPLOADING VERY SHORTLY. AND ASKED US WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE ? ASK YOUR SELF THIS IF THE SHIRT WAS WORN AND THEY SAY THEY COULDN'T TAKE IT BACK , WHY ASK IF WE WOULD LIKE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THERE SHOP ??? JOHN IS TRYING TO PULL THE FAST ONE AND JOHN IT SOUNDED LIKE YOU COULDN'T REFUND THE MONEY CAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE IT. WHY MAKE SUCH A STUPID STATEMENT ??
WORD TO THE WISE I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS IF I WEAR YOU, I HAVE ALSO FOUND OTHER PEOPLE THROGH A WEBSITE THAT I HAVE THAT WILL BE POSTING THEIR CONCERNS SHORTLY. MMA INDUSTRIES MIGHT THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT BUT , THEIR ARE OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE FILING COMPLAINTS HERE AND WITH THE BBB, AND SEEING HOW THIS IS CROSS THE STATE LINES IT IS BEING FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FBI FRAUD TASK FORCE, WHAT JOHN DOESN'T KNOW IS NO MATTER IF IT IS ONE DOLLAR OR A HUNDRED WHEN YOU R PRODUCT IS RETURNED AND YOU DON'T CREDIT THE CONSUMER IT'S FRAUD !!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS US AND FIFTEEN OTHERS HAVE FOUND THAT OUT.

Jersey returned in unsaleable condition

We have been in business for just under two years and have never had a single complaint regarding our return policies or operating procedures. We have great relationships with our regular customers who have continued to be kind enough to reward us with their repeat purchases. We do business with gyms on both a domestic and international scale and have never had a complaint about our customer service. We also feel like we are very fair and always try and offer our customers great product at great prices. We speak with our customers on a daily basis always trying to find the best products for them given their level and frequency of training. Rather than engage in the back and forth banter this customer has attempted to draw us into over the past couple of days, we will just outline the facts of this particular transaction.
This customer purchased a basketball jersey from us over our ecommerce site. We shipped and delivery was made to the customer. The customer wore the jersey and then attempted to send it back for a refund. Our return policy clearly states we will accept returns within 30 days for products returned in “resaleable” condition. The condition this jersey as returned by this customer did not meet this condition. The customer claims the jersey still had the tags on it. This particular style of jersey from the manufacturer is not packaged with tags on them at all. The manufacturer does tag most of their tshirts during packaging but does not tag their basketball style jerseys. We inspect all returned items to ensure the next customer who is purchasing the same item is getting a new quality product. It is important to remember the dangers of infections and fungus’ inherent in the sport of mixed martial arts, muay thai, and wrestling. Being that we sell merchandise related to this industry we feel it is important to examine all returned merchandise thoroughly. We have provided photograph images of the jersey where you can clearly see the deodorant stains at the armpit area. It is for that reason we cannot accept this merchandise as a return.
In situation such as this we would typically try and offer the customer a discount on another purchase in our store as a courtesy to try and keep the customer happy. Unfortunately, we could not make that offer in this case because of the customer’s continued belligerence and direct threats towards us both over the phone and through email. As such this merchandise will be returned to the customer just as it was received by us. If any customer or potential customer has any questions about one of our policies or operating procedures they are always welcome to call us at anytime.
