I would like to just say if you plan on ordering anything from these guys DON'T !!! they will rip you off.
I bought some clothes from them over the internet, when they came I didn't have what i ordered. I called them only to be treated rudely I was yelled at , sworn at and hung up on. I sent back the clothing that was wrong and never got a credit or a refund. it is very upsetting that people will rip you off the way these guys did me, i thought that there was nothing i could do until i saw a website that another person had almost the same thing happen, they told me about this site where you can let others know about this place so im reporting them. i lost good hard money that i worked for i hope you wont .

I run a mixed martial arts academy in Alaska and shipping and returns are very costly to us. I have ordered (my wife as well) from MMAIndustries and been very impressed with their customer service in the shipping department. John was actually the one who helped my wife when she ordered me christmas gifts that were too small. We returned the items and were promptly refunded and our new order was sent immediately! Being in alaska items usually take longer but through MMAIndustries orders were quick! My only complaint (very minor as my business was not fully up and running) was that when setting up my business I could not get a wholesale account with them until I sent fliers, business card, etc to John. 100% understandable as he must do his homework and make sure we were a "ligit" business. We just wanted to order products before opening our doors. Even though we did not and still do not have a wholesale account with them they were easy to work with, knowledgable about their products, have great prices, and customer service was great!! When we returning products I was even asked if I had recently contacted them about a wholesale account and it was my wifes name on the order! This report is no doubt from the same person who posted a complaint a day earlier. This customer is now posting false claims under different names in different locations to make it appear as though there are numerous discrepancies with our operations. It is a shame people will stoop to a low level to try and smear a good company's name because of their own lie. I the owner personally speak with every single customer that calls us and I can assure you no one was ever treated rudely, hung up on or ripped off in any manner.
