This company let me put their filtering system on a layway plan. I made all my payments on time, and sent my last payment, Dec. 16th, 2005. I called Mark A. Reinke, President of the company, and asked when he would send my system. He said in March. I asked why so long to send it. He said they were so many orders, that it would take that long to send mine. Now his website is down, and not working, and his fax, and phone numbers aren't working. I get a recording saying they are changing everything around, and that his customers can't reach them by fax, phone, or website, untill the middle of Feburary. But it's now April, and the phones, and website are still down. I wrote them a letter, but they didn't respond to it.

I ordered a Host Algae Scrubber, that hangs on the edge of the tank, with the special lights for the Scrubber. A pre filter, and a chemical filter for a 75 gallon aquarium. It took me nine months to pay off the system, which they let me do. Now I can't contact anyone from the company, to get my system,or money back, which is $489.63. Please help me.
