MMS Moving Service , MMS Piano Movers MMS no showed on day of my move- TWICE-First on Sat. and then on Sun. Waldwick New Jersey
I booked MMS a month in advance to move all my furniture locally. A man named Mike called me on Friday night to confirm the move on Sat. Then on Sat. morning no one showed up. I called Mike and he said the moving truck broke down and they couldn't do it on saturday but assured me that they could get the move done first thing Sunday morning and he even offered a discount. I agreed and called to confirm on Sat. night and Mike said we were all set for Sun. and then again no one showed up and they didn't return my calls. I was left with a house full of furniture on a Sunday afternoon which was the last day of my lease. I had to go to U-haul and do it all myself resulting in missing a day of work on Monday. Beware of MMS Moving Service and they also call themselves MMS Piano Movers. Unrelaiable and unprofessional.

WE ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE FER MOVE DATE. IT DID NOT WORK OUT, IF IT WAS OUR FAULT WE APOLOGIZE BUT WE HAVE NEVER RIPPED OFF A CUSTOMER. CHECK OUR BBB REPORT , AMSA AND NJWMA REPORTS. WE DO NOT HAVE 1 BLEMISH IN MANY YEARS OF SERVICE. iT APPEARS THIS PERSON IS USING RIPOFF.COM TO UNFAIRLY TARNISH GOOD COMPANIES REPUTATION'S. AGAIN IF WE MISSED HER MOVE DATE WE APOLOGIZE BUT WE DID NOT RIP HER OFF. THESE POSTINGS NEED TO BE SCRUTINIZED FOR ACCURACY.
AND WE ARE GOING TO MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THIS POSTING EVEN IF RIPOFF.COM IS A NONSENSICAL WEBSITE.

I like the rebuttal above where an MMS employee took it upon themself to say I must have "character flaws" for simply reporting them online for not showing up for the service I booked with them a month in advance. I can see how professional your company is from your rebuttal, see you mention not stealing from customers but how about actually showing up for the move?!?!! Perhaps you would be able to speak intelligently about my character flaws if anyone actually showed up and met me. Instead you no show for the service I scheduled and then attack my character online for letting the world know you are an unreliable company. I never said MMS stole anything, they would actually have to show up for that to happen. I hope any future customers out there read this and see what kind of company MMS really is. I can also assure the MMS employee that wrote the rebuttal above that my character is in tact and I'm simply trying to help others from being screwed over in the future. Pay it forward!

WE ALWAYS ATTEMPT TO ACCOMADATE OUR CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS. WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF REFERENCES AND VERIFYABLE TESTIMONIALS TO PROVE WE ARE ONE OF THE TOP MOVING SERVICES IN NJ. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN ACCUSED OF PRICE GAUGING OR REFUSING TO UNLOAD OUR CUSTOMERS ITEMS UNTIL THEY PAID THE BILL. WE NEVER CHARGE HIDDEN COSTS AND HAVE A GREAT BBB REPORT. WE ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE A MOVE FOR THIS PARTICULAR CUSTOMER BUT IT UNFORTUNATLEY DID NOT WORK OUT. FILING A RIPOFF REPORT APPEARS TO SHOW LOW CHARACTER AND BORDERLINE PERSONALITY FLAWS.
