MMVA360 BEWARE! FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHERS NEEDED ripoff Cornelius North Carolina
I photograph 6 properties for this company and did not get paid for any of them every time I would call I never would get a answer I would email and still no response many messages and emails and he will not communicate. This is when I became in question of what kind of company was this. I ask about getting paid I was told you were paid twice a month
I never did get paid I was told I would receive my pay direct deposit but this never happen.

We currently use two different types of virtualtour
systems. Our photographers can use virtual images that
areproduced with ether a 1-shot lens or a panoramic
tripod head. We prefer using the panoramictripod head
because of the quality. With the panoramic tripod
head, this does produce amuch better quality of
tour but it requires taking multiplephotos. Also,
if you already own a high quality SLR digital camera,
the panoramic head ismuch less expensive to purchase over
the 1-shot lens.

Dear Todd, I have emailed your company 2 times regarding my virtual tour and have not gotten ANY response--your photographer has not even been paid!! What is going on? These pictures were taken prior to Christmas--I was there --where is my virtual tour and copy for displays?? Why do you not contact your supposed clients? I'm sure you all ready took payment from my charge account. Just today, I called you- 12-28-06 and so did your photographer!! Can't you have the decency to return my emails or calls? This is not the first time I have emailed you and your company!! This is the 3rd time!! Perhaps you or them better have someone on call if you are gone. My sellers want to see resutls from me & I counted on YOU!! I will never refer you or your company to any agents that I have contact with!! If you are going on vacation, please have the decency to tell me so I can tell my sellers that their virtural tour will not be forthcoming. I really would have used the co. I did business with prior if I had known it would take this long.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Attention All MVA Photographers. Please note changes below for 2007. If you have any questions, please feel free to call anytime.
Pay Process: Starting Jan 15th, all photographers will be required to email our office a completed invoice filled out by the photographer. We have attached a blank invoice so that you may use. Photographers will be required to submit these invoices to our office by ether email or fax. Please include only tours that are upload to the FTP server between the dates of 1-15th and 16th- end of month. Once we receive your invoice, MVA360 will have a direct deposit processed to the account that you have provided. The direct deposit will be completed within 5 business days after you have submitted your invoice.
Work Orders: Photographers are required to contact agents within 24 hours of the date of the order. Photographers are required to reply to all work orders and simply type received in the email. This will confirm that you have received the new work order.
Still Photos: Photographers are required to email all still photos directly to the agent within 24 hours. Please resize photos to 1024x768 resolutions before you email photos to agent and before you upload your pictures to the FTP Server.
FTP Server: We have now set up a FTP server for all photographers to load their folders to. You may login to the FTP Server
If you do not have your login name and password, please email us and we will make sure one is provided to you. Once you have loaded folders to the FTP server, please email us and let us know that you have upload folders.
Email Account: please use your @mva360.com email account for all correspondence with agents.
