Complaint Review: MN AUTO

 I got my cadillac srx 2006 in july 2013. Loved it at the beginning. Then 3 months into it the engine light came on. Took it to scott the manager at the time which wS taken to robins cheverolte but never fixed. I leterraly had to put the car in the shop twice to get fixed. From my engine light to cadillac converters, sun roof motor to being repaired. Ive spent over $4,000 having it fixed. Just this april 2016 with $5,000 left the engine sounded like an 18wheeler. So now manager Iris said to bring it in so they can look at it. Well a few days later iris called to say they were unable to fix/replace the engine. So i asked if we could trade it in. She said yes she'd work with me since we've been customers for years. So the salemen that rushed me into betting a car i did not want a caravan. From the get go i told iris and mike i did not like the car. But i was in need of transportation since my car was in there shop. So from the start my contract was wrong called mike and iris and said the cadillac has been entered as a trade in. Iris said shed fix it. After 2 weeks of calling for a nee contract iris states she cant trade the cadillac in but that she will our it in aution and apply what she gets for it to the remaing balance of $5,000. Well now i get a call from MN auto saying im late on the down payment. Umm no that was not our agreement. After going on for over month i finally had enough. The cadillac is on my credit under repo and im still being charged a deposit for the caravan. So i called corprate. Well a new contract was issued which i still have yet to recv a deposit still required and the cadillac is still under repo. Nothing accomplished. I will tell anyone who thinks this is a way to go, to run. They never do what they say and communication is horrible. Lies lies lies and more lies. They paint it nice and rosey for you at the beginning then your on your own. I will never get a car here again.
