Complaint Review: MN Holdings Financial LLC

MN Holdings Financial LLC, Mason Nichols, Joe Martinelli, Blue Razor Domain Solutions, BRD Invest $20,000 And We Guarantee a Monthly Income of $5,000 for the First 12 Months ...Not- Phoenix Arizona

I was called several months ago (March 2015) by "Blue Razor Domains (BRD)" saying that they're associated with GoDaddy.com and Amazon and had a special offer for me as a long-time GoDaddy customer to help me earn more money (guaranteed) with an affiliate marketing website. I agreed to pay $250 for a new website, domain name and 12 months of hosting and coaching.

During the first telephone coaching session my BRD Coach, Joe Martinelli, quickly concluded that the chosen domain and website would not be very successful so he recommended that I purchase BRD’s full-service solution for $20,000 which would provide me with a “guaranteed monthly income for 12 months” … “ of $5,000.00 to $6,000.00” and they would do all of the necessary work to ensure results. I could choose to increase this monthly income by participating in the work effort. He explained that BRD would benefit, along with me, by receiving a percentage of the affiliate commissions from website advertising. He explained that this was truly a win-win “no brainer” proposition.

He directed me to the BBB website to reinforce his pitch that this was a legitimate and trustworthy business proposition: bbb.org/phoenix/business-reviews/internet-services/blue-razor-domains-llc-in-scottsdale-az-9002197/ (BBB accredited with an A+ rating) and also explained that BRD is currently in a state of transition, but still associated with GoDaddy. He then provided a written contract signed by Mr. Mason Nichols, the owner of the new BRD via a holding company (MN Holdings Financial LLC).

He recommended that I choose "electronics" as the niche market to maximize the revenue potential and we agreed on a domain name, with GoDaddy as the registrar. Now, three months later, I am still waiting for the promised unique website content, press release and the guaranteed monthly payments. It is now clear to me that they are not the A+ rated “BRD” associated with GoDaddy, but are instead just “MN Holdings Financial LLC” operating under the name of “BRD” with the misleading domain of BlueRazorDomainSolutions.com and a negative “F” rating with the BBB:
bbb.org/phoenix/business-reviews/work-at-home-companies/mn-holdings-financial-llc-in-goodyear-az-1000036097 .

In addition to their misrepresentation as a company associated with GoDaddy, there is a clear breach of contract in this case. They refuse to answer my emails and now also refuse to return my calls. I have traveled to Phoenix twice over the past 2 months to meet with them face-to-face to discuss my list of concerns (including the guaranteed monthly income), but both times — at the last minute — no one was available to meet with me. I now know that their registered offices are just a mailbox at the UPS Store in Goodyear, AZ. They refuse to divulge a truthful physical address.

They subsequently explained that the guaranteed monthly payments would be made in one lump sum after completion of the marketing campaign in 12 months — to which I answered that this was unacceptable without an escrow deposit and bank guarantee.

Needless to say, the business practices of Mr. Joe Martinelli, Mr. Mason Nichols and his web of companies leave a lot to be desired.
