Mo Saheed CLAIMS to be a Real Estate Investor with "over 12 years experience" and with his motto, We Buy UNSELLABLE Properties, claims to also "provide world-class products, services, training and support to our Associates and Members, empowering them to transform their lives with the Real Estate industry." The man, along with his associates of Winston McDowell and Hollis Straker, operating out of Island Inc. & Dev Media Productions, purport to sell "members" of Island Inc. and the unknowing public raw land that exists nowhere except in their totally fraudulent claims of Canada (i.e. Sudbury, Kirkland Lake, Scarborough), the U.S. (i.e. Arkansas, Texas), South America (Guyana) and the Caribbean (Trelawny, Jamaica).

Saheed has been a big-time fraudster, operating Madoff-style ponzi schemes for years. He and his cronies collect victims' hard-earned money upfront as payments for land, condominiums and resale houses and deliver mightly promises, but deliver absolutely NOTHING in return. Yet, in their arrogance, they continue to be around, operating in their fraudulent dealings and procuring more victims. BEWARE of this criminal, originally from Guyana as he will not seem like the bona fide crook he is. His last known address was 23 Clapperton Drive in Ajax, Ontario. He has stolen millions from many middle-class and low-income people, operating as a true thieving psychopath with no conscience whatsoever. He starts and develops companies and websites at the drop of a hat, conducts real estate seminars - ostensibly to empower people with knowledge, but really for collecting more victims; uses forums such as meetup.com, and his latest fraudulent venture is Provestor Inc. (provestorinc.com), where NONE of his claims for the properties and loans available on the website is true. They are all shams and outright, boldface LIES. Check this website for a picture of what he looks like (first picture to the right): http://shinyorange.tv/provestor_index.php . The man is a pure louse and will get his due soon.

Rebuttal To Ms. Madison and Mr. Braithwaite

#7Consumer Comment

Mon, July 13, 2009

Hello, my name is Samantha Wilson.

After reading all of these comments, I have to say you people just sicken me. I am aware of said individual, Mohamed Saheed, and I can honestly and truthfully claim that these acussations are false. Mohamed Saheed is not a rip-off, a scam artist, a louse, or anything of said matter. He is a strong individual who is only looking out for the better outcome of his company and all of its members. I am notified that if you do go to their office, Mr. Saheed will show you a copy of all file records to back up his claims of the properties, which are indeed TRUE. All he wants is to help his members, but if people like you just go about slowing him down and ruining him and his reputation, how in the world is he supposed to get you your money? How are the projects supposed to go through? If you stop him, and stand in his way the only people standing in the way of you getting your money back is YOU. Think about it. The man does have experience and ways to help his members, but all you do is slam this man and ruin his reputation.

Also, Ms. Madison that is very unproffesional the way you have exposed this man. You have given out his home address, therefore harming the security of this man and his family. You have no right to endanger Mr. Saheed, and put his family at risk.

Mr. Braithwaite, you seem to also be VERY mis-informed. Ms. Madison's report is very "frightening" also to the fact that it is a FALSE REPORT! You state that;

"it has been extremely difficult to find the man to pay us our money back or show proof of the (questionable) investments we thought we had made with him."

Well as Ms. Madison has pointed out, his office is located at

29 Gervais Drive - Suite 307
Toronto, Ontario, M3C 1Z1
Canada
With contact numbers

Phone: 416-331-9991
Fax: 416-331-9993

Why don't you try, say, calling his office and making an appointment to see him to get your retirement and capital money back? I think it is a much applauded effort than wasting valuable time slandering this man's reputation. At least if you call and get an appointment, you will have accomplished more.

Also, leave the man's speech alone! He is from Guyana, South America. A Carribean country. Have you ever heard of something called Patwa? That is what all true Guyanese, Jamaicans, and West Indies people speak. It is nice to see for a change that some people have held on to their culture. s**t, are all you people going to do is point out people's flaws? He is a human being, DEAL WITH IT! You're not so decent yourself, coming on this website to hate on a man.

Lastly, this man is not running a crooked shop, romping shop, candy shop, or any kind of shop for that matter. He is running a company. A Real Estate company. At least this man has headed towards a future, while you sit down on a computer bashing and hating.

I corroborate almost all of what Melissa Madison has written and whether this person's name is fictitious or not is irrelevant to me. Her or his information describes my experience with Mohamed (Mo) Saheed, except that I am not aware of some of the regions for "investments" listed in their report. My wife and I believe we have been ripped off for over $50,000 by Saheed and while he was extremely swift in taking our capital we had working for and towards our retirement, it has been extremely difficult to find the man to pay us our money back or show proof of the (questionable) investments we thought we had made with him. We get vague story after story the few times we have been able to contact him and some money or investment is always coming through "soon" to settle up with us (the "mighty promises" Melissa refers to).

On smaller matters, it is laughable to see mention of his legal and IT teams in his report as he deals with one highly questionable lawyer and one administrative person in his small office who handles computer issues, yet he refers to "teams." There is no existence of even a receptionist in his office.

Melissa Madison, whoever you are, though your report has frightened us, thank you for filing it. Saheed professes to be ready to "upload information (deed, tax, Mortgages etc.) on all our properties" in days and we shall all wait to see this never happen. I think his energy should instead go to doing the right thing by focusing on ROI's. I am now convinced he is running a crooked shop. His method of operation is to talk a good game, use delay and scare tactics, promise proof of investments, and he is surely no "leader in real estate investment strategies." Unfortunately we have the experience to know this is far from the truth and from what we've seen, he seems to prey upon the Caribbean community primarily. He will not spend unnecessary RECOURSES defending ACCUSATION (the man's speech and writing have always been atrocious for grammar) as I suspect he'll need to hold on tightly to the money he has ripped off from innocent people. My wife and I are professional people and it is embarassing to us that we allowed our money to go to Saheed. Much time has passed in our dealings with him and still we can see no proof of our investments or our money returned to us according to what he stipulated in a promissory note. Do not let him scare you because as far as we are concerned, your story describes our experience with him almost entirely. EVERYONE, STAY AWAY FROM MO SAHEED. I WISH WE HAD.

From the desk of:

MO SAHEED, MOHAMED SAHEED (REB NETWORK, ISLAND INC. CANADA TOP LAND, PROVESTOR INC. AND DEV MEDIA AND ADV CORP.

It is always disheartening and disappointing for any company or individual to spend unnecessary recourses and manpower defending inaccurate, malicious and ignorant accusation such as those listed above. However we understand that not everyone who joins us will do so for the right reasons and from time to time we will need to open our books to the public to show accuracy and transparency.

Our response to this article was delayed as our as our I.T. and legal teams needed time to locate and identify the perpetrator. Now that we know the true identity of this individual (Melisa Madison is a fictitious name) we have commenced and will pursue all legal avenues available to bring this unscrupulous individual to justice.

It is fortunate, for us, that an individual such as this one is uneducated or unaware that there are many technological resources available to trace and track activities, such as emails and IP addressed on the internet. We anticipate this could be a long legal battle so in the interim we will set the record straight.

In a few days we will begin to upload information (deed, tax, Mortgages etc.) on all our properties and projects to discredit these accusations and further promote our company's status as a leader in real estate investment strategies.

Please feel free to contact us for more information on this matter or any matter of interest.

We appreciate all the support we received from our legitimate clients, customers and members and assure you all that we will protect our reputation.

Sincerely

M. Saheed
