Mobage-Deity Wars & Itune malfunctioned app leads to the worst scams you will ever seen , Internet

I started to play Deity Wars (a card-trading game app from mobage, developed by crooz inc, established on ios platform on August 6th, 2012) two month ago.  I really liked the game and believe it had great potentials.  I have spent thousands of dollars on card packs to try to get ahead of most players and I really enjoyed the game.  But those happy hours did not last long.  On August 18th (maybe even earlier), some users spoted a serious coding error and started to take advantage of it------what we now call a dupe glitch that has pretty much shown in all mobage card-trading games.  First let me explain what the dupe glitch is about:  It is a coding error that allows players to make copies of cards by using certain trading methods.  Due to the dupe glitch, people are making thousands of copies of the same card and same materials and selling cheap for profits.  It is causing most valuable cards that people spend thousands of dollars to get worthless at this moment, and putting the market and the whole game into chaos.  Now pretty much everyone has the same deck simply because people can dupe cards, doesn't matter if they spend money or not.  I think this is not fair to all the players that spend thousands of dollars on this game like me.  But wait, the glitch itself is not the worst yet.  The deity war support team, or admin team, has not even have any message out according to the issue.  

As of now, 10/5/2012, the admin team still have not given any information about the dupe glitch or showing any signs that they are trying to fix it.  And they are still selling card packs, trying to cheat on people that are not aware about the glitch.  From what I heard, deity war players had sent thousands of emails to the company asking them to fix the glitch, and got nothing back except for general response (they will look into the issue); and of course me myself have sent in several emails but getting back nothing real.  We have all lost our hopes, so we, the players, have decided to request for refunds.  Android users are luck to have google play, they got their money back without any question, for both Rage of Bamamut and Deity Wars (I suppose the first one that made the phone call took all the explaining work).  And all the ios users are unlucky, because they are stuck with itune, which are taking the card pack money but not going to refund (This is why I put them up with mobage).  There is no phone number we can call or any phone lines available for any itune related issues; and they are either denying to refund or trying to change the subject.  I sent in 2 emails through the itune support.  On the first one the guy mentioned the volume purchase program, which make all the purchases final.  After some explaination, I received the second reply, saying now they understand my position and has issued 3 movie rental credits to my iTunes Store account. 

This is just making me feel alot worse.  So now I got three movie rental credits for the approx two thousand dollars I spend in that game, not to mention that I don't even watch movies on itune (I play the game on my iphone).   I have requested several times for full refund of money, or credit (something I can use on different card-game apps), on all the purchases I made in Deity War to all three of the companys (crooz inc-developer. mobage-service provider. itune-seller), and they kept asking me to wait while they are setting up new card packs to scam people.  There are at least thousands of other players in the same position as myself, and we need to warn people and take some action against those unethical companies.
