I made a purchase at 12:57 on 3/9/13 eastern time for $9.99 to receive 1020 mobage coins so I can compete in the SHIELD ENFORCEMENT TRAINING. I however did not receive my order and have since lost my current training session and have gone down in rankings.

If I make a purchase to Mobage to stay on top at my own expense, and I receive my purchase 8 hours to 7 days later. By this time I have fallen in the ranks I want compensation! I have sent numerous emails to you about this situation and have not received any response. My next step is to contact my credit card company and my attorney.

DeNA Co., Ltd. drops you in rank purposely to make your purchase more Mobage coins, and makes it even harder to hold your rank, so that you buy more Mobage coins. Total TOTAL SCAM!

I am one unsatisfied customer. I will be contacting my credit card company and have that 9.99 credited back to my account. I will no longer be playing any of your games and will do my best to discourage others from purchasing your product as well. I feel like I have been treated unfairly by your company and by your customer service representatives for giving me a strike for expressing my anger by this situation. And will also be contacting the head of your company about this treatment of its customers
