Purchased a work from home program from the organization. In the add the gentleman said would receive login and access code upon the transaction being finalized. My card was charged, never received the login. When phoned customer service number was told a Coach was being located and it took an hour.

The advertisement said 20 to 30 minutes, another call was placed to customer service an hour later. I was put on hold for an extended amount of time. Staticy music began to play for a few minutes after an automated message gave instructions to email customer service on the site. 

An email was sent last at 7:00 pm 11/28/17, it is now 7:33 am 11/29/17 there has been no response from customer service, nor has the login information being sent. Due to this company's fraudulent activities, I have had to cancel my credit card while on vacation. Very shameful!
