MOBIL TELLYSIS KEEP CHARGING US & WON'T TAKE BACK THE PHONES

WE ACTIVATED TWO CELL PHONES WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS THROUGH VERIZION BUT LATER FOUND THE SERVICEWAS THE ACTUAL TELEPHONES WERE THROUGH MOBIL TELEYSES AND DURING THE FIRST 20 DAYS THE PHONES WAS VERY DEFECTIVE. WE TRIED TO RETURN THEM BUT WE WERE TOLD FROM MOBIL WERE WERENT ALLOWED TO. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS. MOBIL MADE A DEAL WITH US STATING THEY WOULD CHECK BOTH PHONES OUT AND FIX THEM OR GIVE US NEW ONES IF NEED BE. WE GET WORD BACK FROM THEM SAYING ONE PHONE WAS FIXED AND WE SHOULD GET IT BACK IN TWO WEEKS THE OTHER ONE THEY WENT AHEAD AND SENT A BRAN NEW ONE THIS ALL TOOK PLACE AUGUST 2000 STILL TO THIS DAY WE HAVE NEVER TRCIEVED THE ONE PHONE. I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER STATING THEY RECIEVED IT I TRIED CALLING AND WRITING LETTERS TALKING TO MANAGER AFTER SUPERVISOR THEY GAVE ME EVERY EXCUSE AND NEVER ANY HELP. THEY CURRENTLY WRITE SAYING THEY NEED THIER MONEY. AT THE END OF THE 1 YEAR CONTRACT I STARTED TO GET BILLS SAYING THE 2ND PHONE WAS ACTIVATED AND NUMBERS WERE CHARGED AND ODDLEY ENOUGH ALL NUMBERS CHARGED WERE VOICEMAIL NUMBERS 999-999-9999. PLEASE I NEED SOME KIND OF HELP.
