I bought a phone from wirefly in July,2013 and bought a 1 year contract for device protection from Mobile Device Protection Association.  I paid the annual fee of $99 for this protection.  In April 2014, I dropped my phone and the screen cracked.

I have not been able to reach the company either by phone or email.  When you call, there is a fast busy signal.  I also reported this company to the better business bureau of Florida and they too were unable to reach this company.

When I did a search of the phone number, I saw this number belonged to another mobile protection company

that also went out of business with many people angry that their services were not rendered.  The owners of these companies have got to be stopped!
